Christine Follows is an Ottawa-based Bowen Therapy practitioner and hypnotist. She trained in Mississauga with Derek Murphy, one of only 6 licensed Bowen instructors in Canada, and was certified as a Bowen practitioner by Sandra Gustafson, a senior American Bowen instructor.

Christine is a member in good standing of the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia.
Christine is also certified in hypnosis by the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (NATH) and the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). She trained with Garry Rondeau in Ottawa, and also with Maurice Kershaw in Montreal, who is one of the highly esteemed founding members of NGH, an organization which provides worldwide training, accreditation and continuing education programs in hypnosis.

Christine continues to improve her technical and communications skills through counseling courses, advanced therapy workshops, and continuing education seminars.
